Terms & Conditions

This promotion is organized by Wyeth Nutrition (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Wyeth”) and administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“TLC Marketing”) on behalf of Wyeth.   1. This Promotion is valid for purchases made between 9 May 2022, 00:01 Hrs to 10 Aug 2022, 23:59 Hrs (both dates inclusive, the “Promotion Period”). Verified Participants who purchase one (1) Promotional Pack of “S-26® Gold Progress®/ Promise® 2x1.6kg Promotional Pack” at Participating Retailers^ in a single receipt during the Promotional Period may redeem a preferred gift from the below selection:

  2. To apply for the redemption, Participants must submit their entry:

    • From 9 May 2022, 00:01 Hrs to 26 Aug 2022, 23:59 Hrs (both dates inclusive), scan the QR code given on the promotional sticker available inside the Promotional Pack packaging and visit the following website https: //www.wyethnutrition.com.sg/s26goldpromo

    • Complete the online redemption form with your requisite details: name, postal address, email address and mobile number. You will be required to upload the FULL ORIGINAL purchase receipt as well as entering the unique serialized number on the promotional sticker. Unique serialized number must be entered online exactly as they appear on the pack. The use of serialized number from non-promotional packs, or the use of any serialized number not intended for use in this Contest, may result in disqualification and all entries will be declared void. If you cannot read your serialized number due to a genuine printing error, you can contact a customer service personnel (+65 3138 6077 between 10AM-4PM SGT weekdays, Monday

    • Friday excluding weekends and public holidays or email wyethrewards@tlcrewards.com) for the replacement code. Any request for a replacement must be received by no later than 26 Aug 2022. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please retain original receipt for verification should you qualify for the redemption. Applicable phone and telco charges may apply, and Participants shall be responsible for these expenses.

    a. Enrichment Trial Classes include one(1) selection from the following:

    (1) Lorna Whiston

    • The Enrichment Lesson gift will be for one speech and drama trial class at Lorna Whiston schools.
    • Consumers can select the class in the Early Bird Classes for 3 and 4 year olds. The class will be for Speech and Drama and the selection will be categorised as EB1 (age 3) and EB2 (age 4).
    • A promo code will be sent out with a congratulation email and a link to the partner’s registration form along with instructions to claim the gift. Consumers are required to input their information requested and Lorna Whiston will follow up with the consumer to schedule a trial lesson for their child.
    •  The trial lesson will be valid for one student, will not be exchangeable for cash, and no replacement class will be set if the scheduled trial lesson has been missed.
    • Trial lessons must be taken before 2 September 2022, and are all subject to availability.

     

    (2) All That Jazz

    • The Enrichment Lesson gift will be for one dance trial class at All That Jazz Dance Academy.
    • The consumer will have a choice of selecting any dance class subject to its availability.
    • Dance classes range from Ballet and Jazz (2 years old and above), Street Dance (3 years old and above), Musical Theatre (4 years old and above), Tap and Acro (5 years old and above), Lyrical, Contemporary and Commercial Dance (7 years old and above).
    • A promo code will be sent out with a congratulation email and a link to the partner’s online form along with instructions to claim the gift.
    • Consumer will follow the instructions then fill in the details such as Name of Parent, Contact Details, Name of Child, Date of Birth, Preferred Dance Style, Preferred Days, Preferred Venue and Promo Code.
    • After submission, All That Jazz will contact the consumer within 3 working days and advise on the availability.
    • One voucher is only available for one trial per participant.
    • This class is an active program and there is a risk of an accident. Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class.
    • All That Jazz Dance Academy does not carry medical insurance for its students. If an injury occurs, it is understood that the participant’s own insurance policy is their only source of reimbursement.
    • All classes are subject to availability.
    • Rescheduling of trials are not guaranteed and are subject to approval and slot availability (max 1), and not transferable. 
    • Trial lessons are subject to availability and must be taken before 9 September 2022.

     

    b. Swimming Trial Classes include one(1) selection from the following:

    (1) Happy Fish

    • The Swimming Lesson gift will be for one swimming trial lesson for toddlers (below 5 years old).
    • A promo code will be sent out with a congratulation email and a link to the partner’s registration form along with instructions to claim the gift. Consumers will need to fill in the form with the requested details, after which the partner will contact the consumer to schedule a session.
    • Parents involvement is required for all toddler (below 3 years old) classes. In view of Covid-19, the school will only allow one parent per student to participate.
    • Accompanying adults must wear appropriate tight-fitting swim attire. Strictly no form of boardshorts, long pants and non-Happy Fish t-shirts are allowed.
    • All children (toddlers below 5 years old) are required to wear approved snugly fitting swim diapers (iPlay™  and SnuglyFit ™). Strictly no other brands of swim diapers are allowed. Swim diapers of the aforementioned brands can be purchased at outlets, subject to availability.
    • The school reserves the right to cancel or postpone the lesson in an unforeseen situation or when a relief coach is unavailable.
    • The school reserves the right to reschedule the commencement date of classes if the class size does not meet the minimum requirement.
    • The school will be closed on government-gazetted Public Holidays
    • Trial lessons are subject to availability and must be taken by 31 October 2022.

    (2) SwimRay

    • The Swimming Lesson gift will be for one swimming trial lesson for toddlers (below 3 years old).
    • A promo code will be sent out with a congratulation email and a link to the partner website along with instructions to claim the gift.
    • Consumer will then apply for the swimming lesson via filling in the form on the website, indicating the voucher code under “more details”.
    • SwimRay will take up to 4 business days to confirm and schedule the lesson.
    • The lesson will be held at either the consumer’s preferred location, or SwimRay’s designated location, subject to availability.
    • Parents involvement is required for all toddler (below 3 years old) classes. In view of Covid-19, the school will only allow one parent per student to participate.
    • Accompanying adults must wear appropriate tight-fitting swim attire. Strictly no form of boardshorts, long pants.
    • All children (toddlers below 3 years old) are required to wear approved snugly fitting swim diapers (iPlay and SnuglyFit). Strictly no other brands of swim diapers are allowed. Swim diapers of the aforementioned brands can be purchased at outlets, subject to availability.
    • Parents must inform the school minimum 2 hours before the lesson for any rescheduling of session. A valid Medical Certificate of the student’s name must be submitted.
    • The school reserves the right to cancel or postpone the lesson in an unforeseen situation or when a relief coach is unavailable.
    • The school reserves the right to reschedule the commencement date of classes if the class size does not meet the minimum requirement.
    • Trial lessons must be taken by 31 January 2023
    • Trial lessons are subject to availability

    c. Family Photoshoot by Firefly Photography

    • The photoshoot gift will be a 90-minute weekend outdoor photoshoot for up to 5 people (max). There will be one dedicated photographer for the photoshoot who will also provide guidance during the shoot.
    • A promo code will be sent out with a congratulation email and a link to the partner website. Consumer will follow the instructions and make an appointment through the partners website.
    • Slots are subject to availability based on Firefly’s digital calendar that will be made available for appointment making.
    • 5 edited high-resolution soft copies (selected by photographer from a series of photos) will be given to the consumer. Photos will be sent via a secure download link within 6 weeks of the photoshoot. The photos will be hosted on Firefly’s cloud server for 2 months from the 6 weeks lead time.
    • For the outdoor photoshoot, Firefly will provide a list of hand-picked pre-planned parks to choose from.
    • Gift will not be valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers and privileges. It will also not be valid on the Eve of or on Public Holidays.
    • The gift is limited to one redemption per group and unique code. The gift will be forfeited for “no show”. The photoshoot session will no longer be valid and the consumer won’t be eligible for any kind of compensation. Reschedule needs to be made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. 
    • Gift will be valid until 31 January 2023.
    • Other photography options will be available at additional cost with Firefly.

     

    d. 8” x 8” Photobook from Photobook Worldwide (Singapore)

    • The photobook gift will be one 8” x 8” image wrapped hardcover photobook (20 pages), delivered within Singapore.
    • A promo code will be sent out with a congratulation email and a link to the partner website with instructions on how to redeem the gift. Consumer will then select the 8”x 8” (20 pages) gift and follow the website’s instructions and enter the promo code on site.
    • Any different and/or additional product, service or request not included in the offer (other product, additional pages, different delivery system, etc.) will be at the exclusive financial charge of the consumer. Similarly, for any other purchase, the consumer must pay the price in effect.
    • Gift will be valid till 31 January 2023.

  4. Proof of submission for entry into the redemption is not proof of receipt. All late redemption submissions, incomplete, illegible, which do not fulfill the conditions of this Promotion, or which are submitted after the deadline, tampered entries will be disqualified. The receipts submitted must be original. No re-printed or copied receipts are allowed. Each receipt can only be used for one redemption of either of the redemption item.

  5. Upon verification of the submissions, eligible Participants will receive the redemption details via the e-mail submitted for entry into this redemption promotion. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for the processing of the redemption notification (in the form of an e-mail). Wyeth is not obligated to contact Participants who do not qualify for the redemption.

  6. The items awarded under the specific voucher(s) is provided by the participating vendor and subject to such further terms and conditions which may be imposed by each vendor. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided under the voucher. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing, shall at all times, not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered as a result of availing the products and/or services under the digital voucher. Each Participant agree that Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing are and will not be an agent to and of any third-party service provider, and as such any and all disputes about the quality of products and/or standard of services provided by the service provider shall be solved directly with them.

  7. This promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore, aged 18 and above. Participants below the age of 18 shall obtain the necessary consent from their parents/legal guardians before participating in this Promotion and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should the Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing require it. Wyeth and TLC employees or their representatives, traders, distributors, retailers and online retailers purchasing in bulk for commercial purposes e.g. resale or export, are strictly not eligible for participation in this promotion. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  8. Redemption is on a “first come first serve”, “while stocks last” basis, limited to the first 3,040 qualified redemptions. Availability and variant of redemption items may vary. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing do not guarantee the availability of any variant. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing reserves the right to automatically provide an alternative redemption item if the entry’s preferred choice is unavailable. If the promotion is fully redeemed, Wyeth reserves the right to void any further entries and disregard any existing entries.

  9. Redemption from each customer is capped at three (3) redemptions per household (based on postal address) only.

  10. Gifts are strictly not transferable, shareable or exchangeable, whether for cash, credit or other items (including another redemption item) in part or in full. Gifts cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other Promotion.

  11. Gifts are redeemed on an “as is” basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible.

  12. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing may, without prior notice, (1) replace the redemption item with another item, and (2) terminate this promotion, and amend the promotion mechanics and the terms and conditions, both without the consumer being able to claim other compensation, indemnities of any sort, or claim any cash awards.

  13. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing’s decisions on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, binding and conclusive on Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.

  14. Wyeth and/or TLC Marketing may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions.

  15. By choosing to participate in this redemption promotion, each participating Participant agrees and hereby consentsthat Wyeth may collect, use and disclose such participant's personal data to its affiliates, service providers and partners, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and Wyeth's data protection policy available at our website www.nestle.com.sg: (a) to administer this promotion, including to contact Participants and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this promotion for the administration of redemption items in relation to this promotion; (b) use the personal data for promotional, advertising (included targeted advertising) or marketing activities which Wyeth believes may be of interest to the Participant; (c) to send out marketing, advertising (including targeted advertising), communication and promotional materials to the participant relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by Wyeth and its affiliates, service providers and commercial partners.

  16. Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the Participant may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by Wyeth, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing in accordance with the PDPA. If a participant requires access to his/her personal data or any amendment or correction to be made, he/she should contact the relevant Wyeth officer at Nestle.privacy@SG.nestle.com.   17. By participating in this promotion, each Participant agrees that Wyeth and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data (1) to provide him/her with products and services (including those of Wyeth’s commercial partners), (2) for consumer research, promotional and marketing purposes, Wyeth and its affiliates may share his/her personal data with third parties to support their administrative and business functions or to carry out cross promotion.   18. To extent permitted by law, Wyeth will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this promotion and redemption items, and each Participant of this promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify Wyeth from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.

  19. Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion and the redemption items is the property of their respective owners.

  20. The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by Singapore law, and Participants of this promotion shall submit to exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
