My Body in the 16th Week

Trimester 2 of your pregnancy

Around this time, you will start to notice that you don't tire as easily. You might find that your nausea vanishes and that you have regained control of your emotions. It's also normal to feel some apprehension about what lies ahead as motherhood approaches. Other changes you may notice include stretch marks on your breasts and abdomen, swollen feet, and swollen tissues in the vaginal area.

My Baby in the 16th Week

Your baby is now about 10.2 cm long and weighs about 80 g. All of baby's muscles and bones are in place, and her nervous system is starting to take control. Her legs and arms are increasingly in motion.
